【重要】べっぷ火の海まつり納涼花火大会ドローン飛行禁止のお知らせ
花火大会を安全にお楽しみいただくために、ドローン飛行及びドローンを使用した空撮等を固く禁止します。
近年、ドローンによる問題が増えており、飛行が確認された場合には花火の打ち上げを中断または中止せざるを得なくなります。このような事態が発生すると楽しみにしている観客の皆様にご迷惑をおかけすることになります。
また、ドローンが人ごみに墜落する可能性や花火に接近することで花火の軌道が変わり事故が発生する危険性があります。
なお、ドローン飛行を確認した場合は即座に関係機関へ通報するとともに、万が一事故等が発生した場合は所有者及び操縦者に対し法的措置を講じ、損害等が発生した場合はそのすべてを請求いたします。
良識のあるご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

Drone Flights Prohibited during the Beppu Hinoumi-Matsuri Fireworks Festival
For the safe enjoyment of the fireworks display, drone flights and aerial photography using drones are strictly prohibited.
In recent years, problems caused by drones have been increasing, and if a drone flight is detected, we will have to suspend or cancel the fireworks display. Such a situation will cause inconvenience to spectators who are looking forward to seeing the fireworks.
There is also a risk that the drone may crash into a crowd or that its proximity to the fireworks may change the trajectory of the fireworks and cause an accident.
If any drone flight is detected, it will be promptly reported to the relevant authorities.
In the event of an accident or any other incident, legal action will be taken against the owner and operator, and they will be held fully liable for any and all damages incurred.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in a respectful and responsible manner.
