50周年記念フォトコンテスト 募集要項
別府の春の風物詩である「扇山火まつり」は、永きにわたり地域の皆さまに支えられ、本年で第50回という大きな節目を迎えます。野焼きによって山肌に描かれる雄大な炎の景観は、自然への畏敬と先人の知恵、そして地域の絆を象徴するかけがえのない伝統行事です。
本フォトコンテストは、この記念すべき年にあたり、扇山火まつりの迫力や美しさ、そこに集う人々の想い、そして別府のまちの魅力を広く発信することを目的として開催いたします。
写真という表現を通じて、見る人の心を動かす一瞬を切り取り、後世へと受け継ぐ記録としてフォトコンテストを開催します。

ドローン飛行禁止のお知らせ
まつり期間中、周辺空域において、無人航空機（ドローン・ラジコン機等）の持ち込み、操縦、飛行は、行事の一時中断や来場者及び周辺住民の皆様の安全に重大な影響を及ぼす恐れがあり、固く禁止します。
特に、４月２日に実施する扇山火まつりでは、隣接する陸上自衛隊別府駐屯地の敷地及びその周辺約300mの上空は、小型無人機等飛行禁止法によりドローンの飛行が原則禁止されています。
ドローン飛行を確認した場合は、即座に関係機関へ通報するとともに、万が一事故等が発生した場合は、所有者及び操縦者に対し法的措置を講じ、損害等が発生した場合はそのすべてを請求いたします。
良識のあるご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

Notice of Drone Flight Prohibition
for the 112th Beppu Hatto Onsen Festival
During the festival period, bringing, operating, or flying unmanned aircraft (such as drones and radio-controlled aircraft) in the surrounding airspace is strictly prohibited, as they may cause interruptions to events and pose serious risks to the safety of visitors and local residents.
In particular, for the Ogiyama Fire Festival held on 2nd April, drone flights are, in principle, prohibited under the Act on Prohibition of Flights of Small Unmanned Aircraft over Important Facilities, within the premises of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Beppu Camp and in the airspace approximately 300 meters around it.
If any drone flight is detected, it will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities. In the event of any accident, legal action will be taken against the owner and operator, and any damages incurred will be fully claimed.
